Fallen in the Kharkiv region: the life story and feat of Oleksandr Schneider

Oleksandr Schneider died on December 6, 2025, while performing a combat mission in the Kharkiv region. This was reported by 'Hromadske' citing the Berezne City Council.

The life and death of the defender

Oleksandr Tykhonovych was born on October 6, 1975, in the village of Zyrne, in a large family. Since childhood, the children supported each other and helped, keeping together as best as they could. Oleksandr was passionate about construction and lived like most - he worked, dreamed, and made plans for the future.

Six brothers dedicated their lives to defending Ukraine, and Oleksandr joined them in April 2024. Tragically, he died on December 6, 2025, in the Kharkiv region.

Farewell to the hero

Oleksandr Schneider was buried on December 13, 2025, in his native village of Zyrne. The funeral procession began at the defender's house, and a memorial service was held in the village church.Oleksandr was survived by a wife, a son, a daughter, and siblings.
