According to Главком: A devastating crash involving four vehicles occurred just outside Vinnytsia, claiming one life and leaving six people injured-including two children. The wounded were rushed to a hospital for medical treatment. According to reports, a National Police investigative team arrived at the scene, while rescue crews worked to wash away fuel spilled on the roadway.
The collision involved three cars and one truck. The deceased driver was trapped inside his vehicle, forcing emergency responders to use specialized equipment to free the body. A spokesperson from the Main Directorate of the State Emergency Service in Vinnytsia Oblast stated,
“the driver of one of the cars died in the crash. Six others, including two children, sustained injuries.”
Second Fatal Accident Strikes Bucha District
Separately, another deadly accident occurred in the Bucha district of Kyiv Oblast. The incident took place on a highway near the village of Makariv, where two people lost their lives. A 61-year-old man driving a Mazda lost control, veered into oncoming traffic, and collided head-on with a Ford Tourneo driven by a 43-year-old man.
These incidents highlight the alarming state of road safety in Ukraine and underscore the urgent need for stricter adherence to traffic regulations.
