According to НАЗК: The recently adopted law 'On Lobbying' in Ukraine opens up opportunities for lobby participants to change their status in certain situations. Clear grounds and procedures for this are defined in the law, which regulates the process of terminating, suspending, reacquiring, or restoring the status of a lobby participant.
In particular, in the event of an important decision or change of circumstances, the lobbying subject may change its status. More details on these issues can be found on the official website of the National Agency for Prevention of Corruption.
