According to ХВИЛЯ: The salaries of medical workers in Ukraine remain low despite promises of increases. The average salary is around 20,000 hryvnias, with a growth rate of only 14% compared to last year. This data was obtained based on the analysis of 1,829 job vacancies in the last three months.

Situation in the regions

The highest salaries are offered to medical workers in Kyiv, where they amount to 25,000 hryvnias. In other regional centers, the situation is as follows:

• Lviv – 21,500 hryvnias
• Dnipro, Ivano-Frankivsk, Uzhhorod – 20,000 hryvnias
• Odesa, Rivne, Chernivtsi – 19,000 hryvnias
• Vinnytsia – 18,500 hryvnias
• Zaporizhzhia, Ternopil – 18,000 hryvnias
