The couple, who married as students, raised a daughter, Dana, and have three grandchildren. Their personal and professional journey began while studying journalism, a foundation that led to their pivotal joint career shaping Ukraine's fashion industry.

Iryna Danilevska is known as the editor of the Ukrainian edition of L'Officiel magazine and as the creator of the youth magazine 'Yeva'. Together with Volodymyr Nechyporuk, they founded Ukrainian Fashion Week, a cornerstone project for the development of fashion in Ukraine. The couple also launched the magazine 'Fashion Seasons', which helped promote Ukrainian designers. Recently, at Ukrainian Fashion Week in Kyiv, the Autumn-Winter 2026/2027 collection show featured Ukrainian Armed Forces veteran Krystyna Sanina and member of parliament Vasyl Virastyuk on the runway.
