According to Мінфін: The Ministry of Finance of Ukraine conducted a review of the loan portfolio of the Council of Europe's Development Bank, which consists of 5 projects totaling 550 million euros. These funds are used to support healthcare and housing policy in Ukraine, particularly for the housing of internally displaced persons.
Since the beginning of 2023, Ukraine has already attracted 430 million euros from these projects, which is 80% of the total amount of credit resources provided by the Bank. It is planned that by the end of 2025 Ukraine will receive another 155 million euros. The parties also agreed on further expansion of cooperation in the future.
“This support helps to restore the damaged, ensure social stability, and build the future of recovery. Cooperation with the Council of Europe's Development Bank is a key tool for achieving common goals,” emphasized the representative of the Ministry of Finance.
