Russian strike on Ternopil: 26 dead, including 3 children

According to ДСНС: Ukrainian rescuers met with a delegation from Syria to discuss cooperation in emergencies. Rescuers continue to operate at the sites of Russian shelling, clearing debris and searching for victims. The death of 26 people, including three children, has been confirmed.

The Syrian Minister of Emergency Situations emphasized the bravery and professionalism of Ukrainian rescuers and expressed condolences to the Ukrainian people. Readiness for further cooperation, experience exchange, and partnership for effective emergency response was discussed.

Ukrainian rescuers demonstrated their work and capabilities to the guests under the conditions of Russian shelling and agreed on further development of cooperation in civil protection.
