• 15 players from the Ukrainian Premier League;

Dynamo Kyiv contributes the most players with six, while Shakhtar and Polissia have each provided four. A reserve list of nine additional players has also been named.

The playoff semi-final is scheduled for March 26, where Ukraine will face Sweden in a neutral venue in Valencia, Spain. The playoff final will be played on March 31.
