President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky announced the arrival of the Ukrainian delegation to the USA for negotiations scheduled for November 29 in American time. During the final press conference, he also commented on the night attack by the Russian Federation, which inflicted a massive blow to the energy infrastructure of the country. According to Zelensky, air defense forces managed to shoot down 19 missiles and suppress about 560 drones, of which approximately 300 were 'shahed'.
The president reported that he plans to sign decrees on new sanctions against Russia as early as tomorrow. He noted that the American side shows a constructive approach, and there is an opportunity to refine steps to determine how to end the war honorably. Zelensky also emphasized the importance of strengthening air defense, stating that this is a priority number one and an extremely complex task for Ukraine and its partners.
