This meeting took place on the sidelines of the Group of Seven summit, hosted in the French town of Évian-les-Bains. U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio represented the American side, while Ukraine’s National Security and Defense Council Secretary Rustem Umerov joined from the Ukrainian delegation.
