According to ХВИЛЯ: Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky held a conversation with US Vice President Jay D. Vance and US Army Secretary Daniel Driscoll regarding the American peace plan. The negotiations took place on November 21, where the details of the 28-point plan proposed by the US to end the conflict in Ukraine were discussed.
Donald Trump set a deadline of November 27 for Ukraine to accept this plan. Zelensky noted that the parties agreed to work at the advisor level together with America and Europe. He emphasized that many details of the American side's proposal for ending the war were discussed during the negotiations.
