According to Главком: President Volodymyr Zelensky held a meeting with former Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba to discuss further areas of interaction and strengthening the Ukrainian voice in the world. During the meeting, Zelensky emphasized the importance of presenting the Ukrainian perspective on the international stage and its adequate reinforcement.

Dmytro Kuleba, who previously held the position of Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, spoke about his work in the president's team and the reasons for his resignation. He noted that he was asked to leave before he reached a state of categorical disagreement with certain aspects of foreign policy. Kuleba also confirmed that he had always stated that he would leave the post of minister in two cases: if the president asked him to do so or if he disagreed with the main directions of foreign policy.

Comments and plans for the future

“I met with Dmytro Kuleba. We discussed the situation around Ukraine – both political and informational. It is important that the Ukrainian perspective on events in the world is represented and that it is strong enough. I am glad that Dmytro is part of the team in Ukraine, and we agreed to determine future areas of interaction. Glory to Ukraine!”

These words highlight the president's readiness for active cooperation and the search for ways to strengthen Ukraine's international presence.

The meeting between Zelensky and Kuleba took place against a backdrop of a complicated geopolitical situation that requires coherent foreign policy from Ukraine. The importance of representing Ukrainian interests on the international stage is becoming increasingly relevant, especially in the face of rising challenges and threats. Further cooperation between state officials may contribute to the formation of more effective strategies in international relations.
