According to Главком: Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy is in talks with former Deputy Prime Minister Oleksandr Kubrakov about potentially strengthening Kyiv's preparations for winter and restoring damaged infrastructure. Kubrakov previously served as Deputy Prime Minister for Restoration of Ukraine and Minister for Communities, Territories and Infrastructure Development, but in May 2024, the Verkhovna Rada voted to dismiss him from this post, with 272 MPs supporting the decision.
