- Vinnytsia
- Dnipropetrovsk

- Chernivtsi regions
Decisions on new leaders are to be made by tomorrow, after which the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine will quickly approve their appointments.
Changes in personnel policy
Zelensky announced the replacement of some heads of regional administrations, stating that a list of candidates has already been determined.
“Decisions will be made tomorrow, and I expect that the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine will quickly approve the appointments. Next week, the new heads of regions are to start working,” - emphasized the president.
These changes are taking place against the backdrop of other personnel appointments in Ukraine. On January 2, Zelensky proposed Mykhailo Fedorov to become the new Minister of Defense of Ukraine. In addition, Kyrylo Budanov has been appointed head of the President's Office of Ukraine, and Oleg Ivashchenko will lead the Main Intelligence Directorate of Ukraine. These personnel reshuffles indicate active work by state institutions in the face of current challenges.
Personnel changes at the regional level may indicate the president's intention to optimize management structures in the context of current challenges faced by the country. Appointments of new heads of regional administrations, as well as other high-ranking officials, may impact the effectiveness of state policy implementation, especially in times of war and economic instability.
