New Advisory Committee Members Approved

According to Главком: Through Decree No. 388/2026, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has appointed a fresh lineup for Ukraine’s delegation to the joint presidential advisory committee with the Republic of Poland. This order replaces the previous one issued on October 25, 2019, under number 773/2019. The update marks a significant step in strengthening ties between the two neighboring nations, which have deepened their partnership amid regional security challenges.

Composition of Ukraine’s Committee Delegation

The newly formed Ukrainian segment of the advisory committee features several high-ranking officials:

  • Serhii Kyslytsia - First Deputy Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine and the president’s representative on the advisory committee;
  • Oleksandr Alferov - Chairman of the Ukrainian Institute of National Remembrance;
  • Nataliia-Tereza Anoshyna - Deputy Director General of the Directorate for Foreign Policy and International Military-Technical Cooperation at the Office of the President;
  • Vasyl Bodnar - Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine to the Republic of Poland;
  • Ivan Verbytskyi - Deputy Minister of Culture of Ukraine;
  • Oleksandr Mishchenko - Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine.

Lieutenant General Kyrylo Budanov currently serves as the Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine.

This restructured committee, tasked with overseeing key areas of Ukrainian-Polish collaboration, reflects both countries’ commitment to deeper integration and the pursuit of shared goals.

The approval of the new advisory panel signals enhanced intergovernmental coordination on critical issues such as security, culture, and economic cooperation.
