According to Главком: In the evening of April 30, 2026, Volodymyr Zelensky provided information about a large-scale attack carried out by Russian forces. Several regions were hit: Dnipro, Odesa, Mykolaiv, Zaporizhzhia, and Kharkiv. According to the disclosed data, the enemy deployed over 200 unmanned aerial vehicles (mainly of the Shahed type) as well as ballistic missiles. In the morning of the same day, another 30 drones were launched.
Consequences for the Civilian Population and Infrastructure
Seven individuals remain in medical facilities in Dnipro after the strike. Five people have been hospitalized in Odesa, two of whom are in serious condition. In Kharkiv region, one local resident was injured. In Mykolaiv, energy network facilities were targeted - thousands of families were left without electricity. In Odesa, residential buildings were damaged, and in Dnipro, a bus was completely destroyed, and an apartment building, a store, and several cars were affected. Destruction has also been reported in Zaporizhzhia.

The head of state also emphasized that the only way to stop the aggression is to increase pressure on Moscow: "Russia must end this war, and this can only be achieved through pressure.
