According to Главком: On February 13, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy participated in a strategic meeting with partners in the Berlin format. The primary topics of discussion were:

  • the urgent restoration of Ukraine's energy system;
  • the expansion of joint weapons production programs under the PURL and SAFE initiatives.

During his visit, Zelenskyy also toured a new QFI production site in Germany, where the handover of the first Lens 3.0 drone took place. This meeting underscores the ongoing international effort to support Ukraine's defense and infrastructure.

Technological Advances and Social Initiatives

The Lens 3.0 drone was developed by the Ukrainian company Frontline Robotics, which manufactures QFI in Germany. This advanced technology has the potential to significantly strengthen the Ukrainian Armed Forces by enabling more effective mission execution in diverse conditions. The drone's transfer occurred within the context of enhancing Ukraine's defense capabilities and deepening cooperation with international allies.

In other news, the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) concluded hearings in the case of Ukrainian skeleton athlete Vladyslav Heraskevych, who was disqualified from the 2026 Olympics for using a commemorative helmet. Separately, Minister of Social Policy Denys Ulutin announced the development of an online service for applying for child benefits, which is intended to simplify the process for parents.
