According to ХВИЛЯ: Ukrainian defense forces have carried out a second attack on the Dubna space communications center, situated in the Moscow region more than 500 kilometers from Ukraine’s border. President Volodymyr Zelensky announced the strike on social media on June 30. This facility is a critical satellite communications node used by Russia for intelligence gathering and coordinating the activities of its occupation forces in Ukraine.
