In his statement, Zelenskyy also proposed a new 'quiet exchange' format for weapons procurement, specifically mentioning PAC-3 anti-aircraft missiles to defend Ukrainian cities from ballistic missile attacks. Zelenskyy emphasized that 'our priority is to do everything to end the war' and called for readiness to resume diplomacy at any moment, noting that 'the world's attention is focused on the situation around Iran.'
