According to Ukrainian military intelligence, approximately 10,000 North Korean soldiers are currently on Russian soil, where they are mastering electronic warfare and reconnaissance systems. Zelenskyy stated this is exceptionally dangerous, as these troops are gaining knowledge of contemporary hybrid warfare, learning to counter missiles and various drone types, including fiber-optic, FPV, and long-range unmanned aerial vehicles.
