Meeting of Leaders
According to glavcom.ua: President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky noted that American President Donald Trump and Russian President Vladimir Putin have few common topics for discussion. He expressed his opinion at a press conference alongside other world leaders.
“I am not sure they have many common topics, as they are completely different people. But if we talk about Ukraine, we immediately talked about the idea of unconditional ceasefire proposed by President Trump. In Russia, only Putin makes decisions, which is why we need a leaders' meeting if we want to achieve peace,” emphasized Zelensky.
Currently, Vladimir Putin and Donald Trump are negotiating. According to reports, Zelensky himself also plans to have a conversation with the American president, hoping for support regarding arms that are provided by the US but are unavailable to Europe.
During the meeting of various world leaders, President Zelensky expressed his views on the current situation in Ukraine and the need for international support to ensure peace and security in the region.
