On the subject of potential compromises for a peace agreement, he clarified, "Peace is not an emotional thing. Hatred is about emotions. Peace is a very concrete document that can give our people the opportunity to live and stop the war."

"We have set a plan to be ready on our part by 2027," he added, underscoring Ukraine's ambitions for EU accession.
