According to Главком: President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky commented on the possibility of holding presidential elections and a referendum in Ukraine, emphasizing the importance of their legitimacy and security. “The task stands: it is essential to raise the issue that a large number of people live there and they have the right to vote,” he noted.
