Personnel changes in regional administrations of Ukraine

According to Главком: President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky signed personnel decrees appointing new heads of regional administrations and dismissing their predecessors. According to decrees No. 44-45/2026, Roman S. Romaniuk has been appointed as the acting head of the Volyn Regional State Administration. Meanwhile, Ivan Rudnytsky has been dismissed from the position of head of the Volyn Regional State Administration and appointed as Deputy Head of the Security Service of Ukraine.

Appointments of new heads of regional administrations

In addition, the personnel changes include the appointments of:

  • Taras Tymofiyovych Pastukh as the head of the Ternopil Regional State Administration;
  • Ruslan Osypenko as the new head of the Chernivtsi Regional State Administration;
  • Vitaliy Dyakivnych as the head of the Poltava Regional State Administration;
  • Oleksandr Handzhi as the head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional State Administration;
  • Nataliia Zabolotna as the head of the Vinnytsia Regional State Administration.

Thus, the personnel changes have affected key regions of Ukraine.

These personnel changes reflect the active policy of the President aimed at renewing leadership at the regional level, which could influence the effectiveness of governance in the face of modern challenges. The appointments of new heads of regional administrations may be aimed at ensuring greater stability and adaptation to the needs of local communities in conditions of reforms and crises.
