Zelensky Held a Meeting with the Government: Winter Support, New Ministers, and Energy System

According to ХВИЛЯ: On November 24, President Volodymyr Zelensky held a meeting with government officials, the main topics of which were winter support, ministerial appointments, and the recovery of the energy system. As part of the meeting, a winter support program for citizens was launched, for which funds are already available in full. Applications for participation in this program can be submitted until Christmas, and expenses can be incurred until June.

An important part of the meeting was discussing candidates for the positions of Minister of Energy and Minister of Justice. The President also instructed to continue working with partners to support the recovery of the energy system, leaving open questions about the energy stability of the state.

Prime Minister Yulia Svyrydenko was a participant in the meeting, where an important statement from the President was made:

All our other support programs will be implemented, and full provision of state social expenditures is one of the priorities for the government.

In addition, the President expressed gratitude to the repair teams, specialists from energy companies, public utilities, and the State Emergency Service for their work. This emphasizes the importance of the efforts of all services in ensuring the stability of the energy system and supporting the population during the difficult winter months.
