Zelensky: Russia has launched over 3500 drones and 190 missiles at Ukraine since the beginning of September

Russian aggression in Eastern Ukraine is escalating. The country's president, Volodymyr Zelensky, reported the scale of the attacks - over 3500 drones, nearly 190 missiles, and more than 2500 aviation bombs have already been dropped by enemy forces. Residential areas and infrastructure have taken a hit, and no one has remained untouched.

«There were provocations against our partners as well. This is precisely the aerial terror against which Ukraine suggests we defend together. So that no one would have to urgently deploy combat aviation and feel the pressure of Russia on its borders. Now is the time when we must implement a joint defense of our European sky with a multilayered air defense system. All the technology for this is available. Investments and willingness are needed, strong actions and decisions from all our partners are required. Thank you to everyone who is helping,» the statement noted.

As a result of the attacks on the city of Zaporizhzhya, not only buildings were damaged, but also peaceful residents - children and loved ones have died and been injured. Fires, triggered by enemy shelling, struck residential buildings and equipment, significant territories are threatened with destruction.

The situation in the East is extremely tense, people are forced to live in constant fear. Immediate and decisive action is necessary to protect the freedom and security of the Ukrainian people.
