According to ХВИЛЯ: On November 20, 2023, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky held a meeting with U.S. representatives to discuss proposals for ending the war. This meeting took place on the 1,366th day of the full-scale invasion. The American side provided its proposals – points of a plan to end the war – their vision.

According to information, the USA expects Zelensky to sign an agreement by November 27. At the same time, in the context of discussing plans to end the conflict, President Zelensky noted:

“We will not make sharp statements and are focused on clear, honest work.”

Situation in Ukraine
