Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky and U.S. President Donald Trump are preparing a peace plan for Ukraine, which will be agreed upon during their personal meeting. Negotiations in Geneva

On November 23, 2023, U.S. Special Envoy Steve Witkoff and Secretary of State Marco Rubio arrived in Geneva for negotiations. On the same day, a Ukrainian delegation approved by President Volodymyr Zelensky began its work in Geneva.

It is worth noting that European leaders are demanding changes to at least four points of Donald Trump's peace proposal. In this regard, American representatives stated:

“We expect to agree on the final details... to form a deal beneficial to Ukraine. But no final decisions will be made until the meeting of the two presidents.” - American representatives
