Vozdvyzhivka Rural Military Administration Created

According to Главком: President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has officially established the Vozdvyzhivka Rural Military Administration in the Polohy District of Zaporizhzhia Oblast, appointing Valeriy Denysenko as its head. The decree was issued as part of broader efforts to strengthen local governance during wartime. This move comes amid ongoing administrative adjustments to enhance regional stability and coordination.

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the Zaporizhzhia Regional State Administration have been tasked with implementing the order. This decision aligns with a wider reform initiative launched by Zelenskyy in early June, when he signed a decree overhauling the state system for supporting, legally protecting, and rehabilitating Ukrainian soldiers and civilians.

Reforms and Their Implications

As part of this reform, four advisory bodies focused on defender rights-operating between 2020 and 2022-were dissolved. Additionally, a Coordination Council for the Protection of the Rights of War Veterans, Prisoners of War, and Missing Persons has been established under the President of Ukraine, underscoring the state's commitment to aiding those who defend the nation.

The creation of the Vozdvyzhivka Rural Military Administration continues a policy aimed at improving administrative efficiency in regions affected by military conflict. Denysenko's appointment may signal an effort to introduce fresh approaches to local management and better coordinate between government agencies during wartime.

These steps are also consistent with Ukraine's broader efforts to support its military personnel and civilian population, which remains critical for national stability amid the ongoing conflict.

In addition to administrative reforms, the government is also enhancing support for its military personnel through new financial incentives. Recently, President Zelenskyy announced significant bonuses and contracts for soldiers, which can reach up to 300,000 Hryvnias. This initiative aims to bolster morale and ensure that those serving on the frontlines receive the necessary resources.
