According to ХВИЛЯ: For the first time, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy explicitly stated that a nighttime drone strike on Moscow was carried out as retaliation by Ukraine. He noted that the unmanned aircraft managed to reach the Russian capital despite its three-tiered air defense system.
