The presidential decree, numbered 111/2026, took effect immediately upon its publication.

Responsibility for overseeing the implementation of the NSDC decision has been assigned to the Council's Secretary, Rustem Umerov. In accordance with the decision, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, in coordination with the Ministry of Defense, has been instructed to urgently prepare and submit draft international security guarantee treaties to the President of Ukraine.
