According to hvylya.net: Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky urged the international community to create a broad alliance for the restoration of the country during a speech at the Ukraine Recovery Conference URC 2025 in Rome on July 10, 2025.

The head of state reported a critical escalation of Russian attacks: last night the aggressor launched over 700 drones and missiles into the territory of Ukraine, and today - another 400. As a result of the latest shelling of Kyiv, two people were killed and 16 were injured.

The medical laboratory was completely destroyed, residential buildings, a shopping center, a veterinary clinic, and basic urban infrastructure facilities were damaged.

The President expressed a strategic vision for the restoration of Ukraine through the creation of a special coalition of partner countries. Zelensky emphasized the need to use frozen Russian assets to finance the restoration of Ukraine and the readiness to share advanced drone technology.

Participation in the conference

Over 500 companies ready to sign about 200 deals worth more than 10 billion euros were presented at the conference in Italy. Around 4000 representatives of governments, businesses, and civil society are participating in the event. The Ukraine Recovery Conference, taking place on July 10-11 in Rome, has become the fourth international event of this scale.
