Zelensky dismissed two members and appointed a new head of the Securities Commission
Changes in the National Securities and Stock Market Commission
According to Главком: The President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky dismissed two members of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission and appointed a new head of the commission. According to the signed decree No. 1019/2025, Oleksiy Volodymyrovych Semeniuk became the new head of the commission.
In particular, Zelensky dismissed:
- Yuriy Yuliyovych Boyko;
- Yaroslav Mykolayovych Shlyakhov.
The president also removed Ruslan Magomedov from the position of head of the commission, which he held since 2021.
The President's Intent Regarding Market Regulation
The changes in the composition of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission reflect the renewal of leadership in the institution that regulates the securities market in Ukraine.
These personnel changes may indicate the president's intent to ensure more effective control over the securities market, which is an important aspect for the stability of the country's financial system.
