Member of Parliament Yaroslav Zheleznyak published new statements regarding the collection of bail for Andriy Ermak after his arrest. According to the deputy, the process was accompanied by chaos, conflicts between government structures, and issues with bank transfers.

Zheleznyak stated about problems with collecting bail for Ermak

According to the MP, after the court's decision on a bail of 140 million hryvnias, the authorities allegedly began looking for individuals and companies willing to provide funds for Ermak.

He claims that initially they planned to engage lawyers and acquaintances from the legal field, however, some potential participants later withdrew due to public resonance and media attention.

Zheleznyak also mentioned difficulties with executing payments through banks and financial monitoring. According to him, some transfers were blocked due to checks on the origin of the funds.

Banks and financial monitoring allegedly delayed payments

The MP claims that due to delays in transactions Ermak spent several nights in jail, including in a paid chamber.

According to Zheleznyak, the issue of depositing the bail was finally resolved only after the weekend, when the necessary amount appeared in the court's accounts.

In his video, the deputy also spoke about conflicts between certain representatives of the authorities and those organizing the bail. He described the situation as 'tragicomical' and linked it to problems within the system of public administration.

At the same time, Zheleznyak did not provide documentary evidence for his statements, noting that he received information from sources within government structures and the banking sector.

The topic of bail and financial monitoring in cases involving high-ranking officials in Ukraine has repeatedly sparked political discussions and public resonance.

For Ukrainians, this story has once again raised questions about the transparency of the work of state institutions, bank control, and equal rules for all participants in the political system.
