Winter Support: Who Will Receive 6500 Hryvnias Starting November 21

According to ХВИЛЯ: From November 21 to December 17, 2025, Ukrainians with increased needs will be able to apply for a one-time aid of 6500 hryvnias within the 'Winter Support' program. This initiative is aimed at supporting the most vulnerable categories of the population who need financial assistance during the winter period.

Application Procedure and Conditions for Receiving Aid

The application period starts on November 21 and will last until December 17, 2025. The payout amount will be 6500 hryvnias. Payments will be credited to the Diia Card of PrivatBank, ensuring convenience in receiving assistance. Applications will be accepted through the 'Diia' mobile application, which simplifies the process of applying for aid.

Recipients of assistance can spend the money within 180 days on cashless purchases of essential goods. The categories of citizens who can receive this assistance include:

• parents and legal guardians of children,
• people with disabilities of group I,
• single pensioners.

Thus, the 'Winter Support' program aims to improve the living conditions of those most in need during the difficult winter period.

This initiative is part of the Ukrainian government’s efforts to provide social support amid economic instability and inflation.
