According to glavcom.ua: A woman stumbled upon an explosive device in the forest near the Sumy region border while foraging for mushrooms. Despite her injuries, she was able to call for help, and the police quickly intervened.
The police saw that the woman had many injuries, including serious bleeding from her right arm.
The victim was taken to the hospital where she received treatment. Law enforcement advises against going into the forest or near the border without necessity, as the area may be dangerous due to landmines.
This story serves as a reminder that several weeks ago, Russian troops attacked key facilities in the region, leading to power outages for residents. A case of espionage in favor of the Russian FSB among Ukrainian military personnel was also discovered.
