According to glavcom.ua: Due to heavy rains, flooding continues in Lviv. Water levels reach almost three meters in some non-residential areas. This was stated by the city's mayor, Andriy Sadovyi, as reported by 'Hromadske.'
Sadovyi emphasized that the Zubra River is overflowing, threatening to flood parts of the Frankivsk, Sykhiv, and Railway districts.
We urge residents to move belongings from basements to safe places and to relocate vehicles from underground parking lots and potentially hazardous areas. City services are operating at increased capacity. Please be cautious and take care of yourselves!
Heavy rains, which continued overnight and are expected throughout the day, have led to significant flooding in Lviv and surrounding areas. Some streets and sections of roads have become impassable for vehicles, report Lviv City Council and the Lviv region police.
