The amount of the pension depends on the length of service and income. For example, with an official salary of 10 thousand hryvnias, the pension when retiring at 63 years will be about 3.9 thousand hryvnias, and when retiring at 65 years - 4.3 thousand hryvnias.
According to information from the Pension Fund, in 2025, to qualify for retirement at 60 years old, you need to have at least 32 years of service. With 30 years of service, you can retire at 63 or 65 years old. The calculations are made only for officially confirmed years of work.
