Ukrainian Armed Forces Launch Coordinated Strikes

According to ХВИЛЯ: In a series of nighttime attacks on March 15, the Ukrainian Armed Forces targeted Russian logistics hubs, drone depots, and troop concentrations across several regions, including the temporarily occupied Crimea. These operations are part of a sustained campaign to degrade Russia's military capabilities far behind the front lines. According to Ukraine's General Staff, strikes successfully hit supply and storage facilities for attack drones near the temporarily occupied settlements of Osiпенко and Prymorske in Zaporizhzhia Oblast.

The assault also focused on areas where Russian military personnel were concentrated. Precision strikes were carried out near:

  • Petrivka in Kherson Oblast
  • Kupiansk in Kharkiv Oblast
  • Pokrovsk, Udachne, and Shakhtarske in Donetsk Oblast

Within occupied Crimea, two key radar stations were hit: a 59N6-E "Protivnik" and a 73E6 "Parol" system. Additionally, a Russian S-400 "Triumph" anti-aircraft missile launcher was struck on the peninsula.

Sustained Campaign Against Military Infrastructure

This latest wave of attacks follows previous Ukrainian strikes on the Afipsky oil refinery and the port of Kavkaz, underscoring a continued and deliberate strategy against Russia's military and logistical infrastructure. These actions demonstrate Ukraine's growing capacity to conduct deep-strike operations with significant strategic impact.

The ability of Ukrainian forces to execute precise strikes on high-value targets deep in occupied territory could substantially influence the dynamics of the ongoing conflict. Such operations undoubtedly weaken the enemy's capacity to sustain combat operations and logistics, marking a significant development in the war's progression.
