Протягом двох днів українські військові завдали потужних ударів по російським військовим об'єктам.

Ukraine's Defense Forces Target Russian Military Installations

According to ХВИЛЯ: The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine has reported that its defense forces carried out strikes on Russian military targets, including ammunition depots, command posts, and troop concentration areas, some of which were located within Russian territory. According to the report, Ukrainian troops executed these operations over a 48-hour period, with several hits landing on Russian soil.

Key Strikes and Damage

Specifically, in Russia's Belgorod region, an ammunition depot near Prokhorovka was struck. Enemy command posts were destroyed near the following locations:

  • Mykilske
  • Shevchenko Pershe in Donetsk region
  • Naumovka in Belgorod region
  • Iskra in Kursk region

Strikes also targeted enemy drone control facilities in the areas of:

  • Shevchenko Pershe in Donetsk region
  • Zaliznychne in Zaporizhzhia region
  • Oleshky in Kherson region

Additionally, a logistics hub near Fedorivka in Donetsk region was eliminated, while supply depots were hit near Mykhailivka in Luhansk region and Giunivka in Zaporizhzhia region. Strikes were also conducted against concentrations of enemy personnel in the areas of:

  • Kurakhove
  • Kalynove
  • Shevchenko
  • Stupochky in Donetsk region
  • Novohryhorivka in Zaporizhzhia region
  • Iskra in Kursk region

On June 5, eight fuel storage tanks were destroyed and nine others damaged near the port of Mariupol in Donetsk region. The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine emphasized that

“Ukraine’s defense forces will continue to systematically degrade the Russian aggressor’s ability to wage war against Ukraine.”

These strikes signal an intensification of Ukrainian military operations against Russian forces, including on Russian territory, which could alter the overall trajectory of the conflict. By destroying ammunition depots and logistical hubs, Ukraine aims to disrupt Russian supply chains, a move that may prove pivotal in its strategic planning. Currently, both sides are ramping up military activity, pointing to an escalation of hostilities in the region.

As the intensity of Ukraine's military operations increases, the impact on Russian infrastructure becomes more pronounced. Recent strikes have not only targeted military assets but also key facilities such as oil refineries and radar systems.
