President Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated that the aggressor has suffered over 30,000 killed and wounded troops for five consecutive months. He emphasized that Russia is not achieving victory on the battlefield, and that mid-range and long-range strikes significantly limit Moscow's ability to expand its aggression.
