Last year, more than 130 political parties in our country forgot or refused to submit reports on their financial activities. This is already the second consecutive time they have failed to fulfill their obligations to the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption.
Such violations may result in fines ranging from 5100 to 6800 hryvnias. This responsibility is provided for under legislation on administrative offenses. The country is awaiting a response from the relevant authorities and further actions regarding these political parties.
It turns out that political centers have a lot of work to do to ensure transparency and openness of their activities to the public and to comply with the laws of the country.
