12-year-old Chinese girl Yu Jidi won two bronze medals at the World Aquatics Championships in Singapore. She became a medalist in the 4x200 meter freestyle relay and finished 4th in the 200 meter individual medley and butterfly events.The girl impressed the audience with her performances at the China Championships, where she was the first in the 100 and 200 meters butterfly and in the 400-meter individual medley. Yu Jidi became the youngest finalist in the history of the World Swimming Championships. This championship also featured notable performances by Russian athletes, including swimmer Evgenia Chikunova and swimmer Oleg Kostin.
