According to Главком: Ukrainian defense forces engaged in 126 separate combat clashes over the past day, as Russian troops escalated attacks across multiple fronts. The invading forces launched 100 airstrikes, dropped 284 guided aerial bombs, and carried out a total of 3,310 artillery and rocket attacks on Ukrainian positions and settlements. Of these, 87 attacks involved multiple launch rocket systems. This surge in violence underscores the relentless pressure on Ukrainian lines as the war enters its 1,449th day.

Ukrainian Defense Operations

In response, Ukraine's aviation, missile, and artillery units struck nine areas of enemy personnel concentration and one enemy drone control point. Their defensive actions also resulted in the destruction of six enemy artillery systems, five command posts, and one other high-value target. The conflict, now in its fourth year, continues to be defined by these intense, grinding battles of attrition along a vast frontline.

Russian forces maintained aggressive offensive pressure on several key axes. On the North-Slobozhansky and Kursk directions, the enemy conducted:

• Dropped 19 aerial bombs
• Carried out 87 artillery strikes

On the South-Slobozhansky direction, Russian troops made three attempts to breach Ukrainian defenses near Vovchansk, Vovchanski Khutory, and Prylipka. Heavy fighting also persisted on the Lyman axis, where the enemy launched 7 assaults in attempts to penetrate Ukrainian lines near Stavky, Drobysheve, Tverdokhlibove, Zarichne, and Dibrova.

Ukrainian defenders successfully halted 7 Russian attempts to advance on the Sloviansk axis near Zakytne and Riznykivka, and towards Ozerny. On the Kostiantynivka axis, Russian forces made 10 attacks near Kostiantynivka, Shcherbynivka, Rusin Yar, Yablunivka, and in the direction of Novopavlivka. In the Pokrovsk sector, Ukrainian forces repelled 35 Russian assaults near Rodynske, Kotlyne, Pokrovsk, Udachne, Molodetske, Novomykolaivka, Filiia, and towards Novyi Donbas and Hryshyne. Additionally, on the Olexandrivka axis, the enemy conducted two attacks towards Ivanivka and Zelenyi Hai, while on the Huliaipole axis, 13 attacks occurred near Dobropillia, Huliaipole, Rybne, Luhivske, and towards Zaliznychne.

The frontline situation remains highly volatile, with a marked intensification of Russian combat activity. Ukrainian forces continue to demonstrate resilience and a readiness to repel assaults, despite facing significant challenges.
