The Ukrainian government has amended the border crossing rules for men aged 18-22. They can now travel abroad even during a state of war.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs clarified that to cross the border, these citizens must have their passport and military ID with them. The latter can be in paper or electronic form and must be presented upon request by border guards.
The changes to border crossing conditions for men aged 18-22 provide them with the opportunity to travel abroad even in emergency situations, which is an important step in the development of the rights of Ukrainian citizens.
