A young doctor from Sumy received 200 thousand from the state: how it changed his life

He is only 26, but he has already returned home to help the local population. Doctor Vladislav Kravchuk from Hlukhiv chose the specialty of psychiatry and works in a local hospital. His return was prompted by a state program to support young doctors, which provided financial assistance for work in rural and frontline communities.

According to the doctor, the demand for psychiatric help in Sumy region has significantly increased due to the war. Now people come to the hospital with various issues, from anxiety to panic attacks. Vladislav urges young colleagues to choose a profession with love for people and to work in medicine with great enthusiasm.
