According to hvylya.net: Ukraine is forced to impose restrictions on electricity consumption due to missile and drone attacks on its energy infrastructure. Starting November 19, scheduled power outages are expected in many regions of the country, with maximum activity during the evening hours. Hourly outage schedules will be in effect around the clock and will include from one to four shifts.
According to NEC 'Ukrenergo', Russian attacks on energy facilities have caused significant destruction. This may lead to a shortage of electricity until spring 2026. The Ministry of Energy urges citizens to conserve electricity, switch to energy-efficient devices, and prepare for possible blackouts by stockpiling necessary resources.
