Soon European air travelers may be allowed to take liquids in their hand luggage! The European Commission is considering the installation of special equipment at airports to scan large bottles and containers. Currently, the existing rules allow the transport of bottles with a volume of up to 100 ml only. New devices for detecting explosives are already being used in some airports. A decision to lift restrictions on the transport of liquids is expected in the coming days. There are also interesting events happening in the aviation world: in the US, a Boeing 737 Max caught fire during takeoff, and the United States conducted successful tests of the supersonic aircraft X-59, capable of reaching London in three hours.
