Ajax Systems Launches Student Program for CES 2025

According to НВ — Техно: Ajax Systems has announced a new initiative to select 60 Ukrainian students for a trip to the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in 2025. Applications open from June 1 through the end of August. The program is entirely free, with Ajax Systems covering all expenses. Partners include Ukraine’s Ministry of Digital Transformation, the Ukrainian Startup Fund, and several leading universities across the country.

Eligibility and Selection Criteria

Applicants must be enrolled full-time at a Ukrainian higher education institution, be at least 18 years old, and study in technical, engineering, IT, or natural sciences fields. Required qualifications include:

  • a valid international passport;
  • English proficiency at B1 level or higher;
  • residence in Ukraine at the time of application.

Winners will be chosen based on academic performance, involvement in technical projects, and demonstrated motivation.

After the submission deadline, organizers will compile a ranked list of candidates and conduct interviews. The trip is fully funded: Ajax Systems covers flights, accommodation, meals, and document processing. Last year’s participants attended presentations from companies like Siemens, NVIDIA, AMD, and Lenovo.

This year, 60 top students will attend the expo. The initiative is part of the Ajax Next educational program, designed to inspire young people to create new technologies and pursue engineering ambitions.

“Inspiration is the most powerful driver. People are most inspired by examples they see with their own eyes. That’s why, to inspire a new generation of Ukrainian engineers, we want to show them the world’s brightest technological achievements.” - Oleksandr Konotopskyi

Project partners include the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine, the Ukrainian Startup Fund, Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute, Kyiv Aviation Institute, Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, Lviv Polytechnic, Ukrainian Catholic University, and the Kyiv-Mohyla Academy. This initiative marks a significant step in nurturing young talent and shaping future technology leaders in Ukraine.

The launch of Ajax Systems’ student program highlights growing interest in engineering and tech fields among Ukrainian youth. Such efforts could help cultivate a new generation of specialists capable of driving technological progress in Ukraine, especially amid current challenges. CES, one of the world’s largest tech expos, offers young people a unique opportunity to explore cutting-edge innovations and broaden their horizons in startups and technology.
