According to Мін. Оборони: The reform of basic general military training in the Armed Forces of Ukraine continues from 2022 to 2025. The duration of training has already increased from 30 to 51 days, with an emphasis on practical skills and teamwork.
The updated program includes more time for working with weapons, training in tactical medicine, and team interaction. New technologies have been added to improve the quality of training for future soldiers.
'This format of training facilitates adaptation to service and makes our army stronger.'
The enhanced basic training is an important step in increasing the combat readiness of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and preparing soldiers for modern challenges and threats.
